Lake Nakuru National Park, a soda lake in the Rift Valley,
famous for its pink flamingos.

driving through a beautiful acacia forest

approaching the lake and flamingos

the population is in the millions

The lake has no outlet so it is salty from constant evaporation.

the park is also known for its white rhinos

a curious (and hungry) rock hyrax
(much like marmots in the US)

the lake is about 40 km in circumference...
